An Example of Simple Foot Self-Care

Sometimes our feet need a little extra care. In this video, I show how I take care of my own feet when the skin feels hard, dry, or slightly cracked – a calm moment focused on softness and care.

I start by soaking my feet in warm water. It softens the skin and makes it easier to work gently. In the video, you first see my heels before treatment – with calluses and dryness.

Then I show how I use a scraper to carefully remove the hardened skin. Quite a bit comes off right away, thanks to the soaking.

Next, I use a pumice stone to smooth the skin. It follows the shape of the foot and is gentle to use. I demonstrate how I hold it and move it in slow, sweeping motions.

Once the skin is clean and even, I apply a rich, moisturizing cream. Then I put on my heel socks – they lock in the moisture and protect the skin overnight.

The final image in the video shows the result: a soft, smooth heel with no cracks.

This is a simple way to care for your feet at home. A small moment of self-care – that makes a big difference for both your skin and your well-being.
